Beggars in general, anyway Rome has been a shithole since the fall of the empire.
The city centre is so riddled with ruins and historical landmarks that it's almost impossible to operate business like in an average city.
Rome is mainly touristic and representative capital as much as Washington.

I think the main problem of the EU right know is not their stance on immigration (it is still quite bad) but their inability to deport them back.

If you allow the communist elite in your country to rule and tolerated, then you don't complain when they get in power and welcome the international jewry back in.
