Every vegan I've ever known was also a self-proclaimed communist/socialist, God-only-knows-which-wave-feminist, would use buzzwords in real life ("problematic", "mansplaining") and in general tried to be a special fucking snowflake without realizing there's fucking thousands of them out there and they're all equally annoying.
You learn to respect vegetarians at least a little bit after you've run into a vegan, they're insane and have a constant crave to be in the center of attention.
