It costs $600-$800 for the enough raw coca leaf to make a kilo (as of 2013) and a kilo might bring in $10k-$15k on the streets of the US (2013 again.) That's a hell of a markup, even considering the number of middle men. This is because there are significant risks to smuggling and selling it, specifically due to the war on drugs. It is a risk premium that dealers get to charge. You don't need to be educated to sell drugs either. You just need to either be really good at not getting caught, or you need to be willing to be a violent thug. What is most of the black on black violence from? Gangs. What do most gangs deal with? Drugs. Because we pay them to be dumb, lazy animals, if they want a little extra cash, they've gotta get it some way that doesn't require being educated and industrious.
In short, we provide the incentive for niggers to be niggers. End affirmative action, end welfare, end the war on drugs, and the niggers will go apeshit at this point, but in the long run, it would be better for them.
