I managed it for 2 years and then, after i felt pretty confident that i got this under control, i got hooked.
And being hooked on heroin is a fucking nightmare (it helped me lose that extra weight and finally kick a 10 year drinking habit for good, though).
What about caffeine? I occasionally drink coffee and my energy levels go through the roof. I get more motivated, happy, out going and confident... some of the time. Other times I get really shaky and paranoid.
Is this the same effect of cocaine? I stay away from coffee and alcohol most of the time.
