I can't seem to think of a way where Hitler could've won the war. Sure he did mistakes, and not only him, but in the end there was no way for the axis to win against both the URSS and the US+UK.
Even Japan, as well as they did against literally any countries surrounding them, there was no way for them to keep an old of all these territories and fight the US at the same time; not even mentioning the URSS which was also planning on invading them from the north.

Adding to this : the US are simply too well placed. They have a whole continent with plenty of resources. It's the same in a strategy game, the guy with the big island away from petty conflicts will grow big and control the world in late game. This is what happened in WW2 and this is why the US is #1 today.
TFFW hitler just wanted to preserve Europe
All he had to do was distribute TVs and free German reception channels, and with that propaganda and all the riches of the Reich all of Europe would have switched over to the Nazi side in a couple decades. Since they invented the TV they could have done it without losing a single panzer grenadier. Remember, up until the war half of EVERY scientific discover and invention came out of Germany. But I think that him fighting in the Somme for the THIRD fucking time pushed his brain way over the edge.

If Britain had accepted Germany's peace offerings and Germany won against the Russians, then Germany would be far larger and the British empire would be more intact. A cold war would start between Germany and America, until Germany collapses because of the unsustainability of natsoc economics, at which point Hitler would be long dead from his heart condition, and they'd probably ease into another and less strict system of governance out of necessity. Europe would still suffer from declining birth rates, however they wouldn't import foreign low IQ races to displace native whites because natsoc racialism would still survive in some form. Ultimately I think it would be a better world overall.
There was no real plan for when Hitler died. He held power over his subordinates by playing them against each other. His 'Empire' would have crumbled as soon as the state funeral was over.
Assuming that didn't happen. There would be three big power blocs in the world. Capitalism, Fascism and Communism. Two of these would of crumbled once the information age started...I'll let you guess which one would win.
We'd probably be in the same situation we're in now except Europe would be a shithole and the Middle East would be an up and coming region whose only real opponent would be the Ruskies
