So the way this works, you have rolled enough to take the 3 tiles towards tripoli, then at tripoli (your roll) - (my roll) = 1 so you have 1 attack on me. as you need 4 to take it over, tripoli will now be vacant until one of us makes a good enough roll to take over. and my bonus is now only 9 next turn
