we already see it happening outside nog-infested areas. black people fit in pretty well outside of these areas and are actually productive citizens. you will still have the occasional leakage of nogs from their nests, but for the most part, the ones that actually seek to better themselves leave the gang-stricken areas they grew up in to find better education and oppurtunities.
