That depends how you define morality, many religious people would define it as rules derived from god, in which case no.
But if you're talking more generally about rules to best treat each other, then sure there exists plenty of different secular moral frame works.
For example the NAP is entirely reasoned and is the framework for some secular morality which outlines what behaviour is and is not acceptable.
Interestingly enough these kinds of secular moralities allows for homosexuality and various other things that religions irrationally reject, but aligns on all the important things such as no murder, assault, theft etc.

No you said that, not me. I said it's bioloigical in nature. That's backed by science as we know enough about the brain to know that sexual orientation is gendered into the brain during fetal development, and under or over exposure to testosterone at certain weeks changes brain structure permanently. Some of those under/over exposures are down to congenital defects which effect hormone production but they're also caused by environment effects, for example female twins with a male sibling get over exposed to testosterone and there's many other similar cases that can cause it, none of which are genetic in nature.
Either way the brain is irreversibly changed because this happens during a time that the brain structure is being built and established, even changing levels of hormones in children and adults after the brain has established sexual preference doesn't alter the brain back, or behaviour significantly. And that's well established scientific fact.
