It's a strangely irrelevant book because it presumes that evolution doesn't influence evolution. If agriculturalists can keep a population 10X the size of a hunter-gather population and the normal mechanisms to suppress deleterious mutations are in place, than the rate of mutation, and hence evolution is noticeably accelerated for the european/asian peoples relative to spearchuckers and abbos.

I'm guessing that this is a book that attempts to explain why the west raped everything in a manner that lets the author skip around the fact that the west was inherently superior to the nations that they conquered. If that is the case, pic related is a very good counter argument (and also a good book in general)
