First of all presidents are never really "on vacation". Their time away from the white house may be a relaxation period but they are still on call to make statements and remain informed and up to date no matter where they go. Vacation days are really more like vacations only from the oval office duties such as signing bills into law and meeting with the cabinet.
The image you're using, according to this source http://www.factcheck.org/2014/08/presidential-vacations/ uses Bush's trips to camp david, which are certainly not vacation days to inflate the number while Ignoring those of Obama. While it is true Bush had been on vacation more days in total (Then again most people disliked Bush so saying that Obama is comparatively better makes you look stupid)
Total for obama is around 200 currently, total for bush is somewhere close to around 450.
