Why do some countries have it so easy where they can get their driver's license after going around the block for 5 minutes while I had to spend 20 minutes on a gauntlet of heavy traffic and busy highway filled with large trucks? Even in the same province there are test centres with fail rates as low as 10% while the one I had has a 50%+ fail rate? There shouldn't be such a huge disparity between passing requirements.
