Do everything at once, but make the description of how you accomplish those things so boring and lawyerly double-speak that no one reads it and the few who do are none the better so that people say "she's good at policy, just trust us" without having any idea what she actually wants to do. I can list virtually all of Trump's policies (he doesn't have many):
-Oppose all forms of international, tariff-free trading as it just allows foreign countries to feed off of America's success and give us a raw deal (this is his big one and he's been all about this since the 80s).
-Prevent the illegal, undocumented migration of Mexicans into America by means of physical barriers, and funding to deportation programs, but reform immigration such that working-class Mexicans can get into the country so long as they play by the rules.
-Repeal the ACA (obviously; he is a Republican, after all)
-Treat Veterans better.
-Tax the rich less.
