Unarmed is a horrible descriptor. Were they driving without a license or under some influence? Were they combative and had drugs on them? So on and so forth, blacks commit crime at a far higher rate, thus they find themselves in such situations more often. At very least, it's also happening to whites, so it's far from "unique to Blacks" or "racism", it's just poor policing combined with shifty/sketchy idiots.
