I smoked for 15 years, tried quieting a few times. Tried the gum, the patch, the e cigarettes, nothing helped.
Wasn't till a friend let me try his mech mod with some fancy e juice in it that I got off cigarettes. I vaped for like a year, lowering my nicotine mg every few months. Got to nicotine free e juice and then just stopped vaping altogether.
Feel so much better after quitting. I used to get gassed doing any kind of cardio. Now I got cardio to spare

I smoked regularly for a year when I was 18, tried a bunch of cigarettes, stopped really giving me a decent buzz so I quit. Never buy them now but if I'm at the pub or something and someone offers me one I'll take one. Occasionally I'll have a cigar or do a hookah in a social setting too.
If I was born 30 years earlier and I could've smoked literally everywhere I might've smoked a bit more.
