There's nothing inherently wrong with traditional feminism, but the problem is modern day feminism has devolved with the SJW culture on the left into some weird mental disorder. It's not really about women's rights anymore. They're just a contestant in the Oppression Olympics at this point.

Modern western feminism prioritizes everyday first-world upper middle-class annoyances over actual serious problems that women outside the upper middle-class bubble face. They often forget the plight of women in the developing world, outside their western bubble. Unfortunately enough, western feminists have the most resources out of all geographical feminist movements.
When random men not crossing their legs on the subway [1], "sexist air conditioners" [2] and ads about body fitness [3] become a bigger issue in the western feminist community than 13-year-old girls being brutally executed by adults for being raped [4] or being exiled from your home country for simply not wearing a hijab [5], or even women and girls being genitally mutilated IN THE WEST [6][7], mind you, maybe you should get your priorities straight.
