In my opinion as human societies and later civilization evolved, the genders favored some roles in those, as they were physiologically and neurologically predisposed to be better at them. This insinuates it is "dangerous" to acknowledge the reality that different races have varying levels of functionality (of special interest the levels of genetic intelligence).
The problem is that, by building up on the inherently false premise that all races are alike, this indeed ultimately creates an extremely dangerous situation; couple that with birth and fertility rates, and we have the single greatest existential thread to mankind.
