1. Navy records are not exactly meticulous. Ask most any veteran who served for a good clip and they will tell you horror stories of missing awards from their DD-214.
2. 2 Silver Stars and 5 Bronze Stars all V on his DD-214
3. Operators often perform missions under JSOC umbrella making record keeping even more complex re: paper trail
4. Operators regularly perform missions that are classified. You will see medals awarded and the name is redacted because it is classified. Kyle's account of certain battles correspond with such redactions. i.e. go fuck yourself with your leftist propaganda you sniveling piece of shit.
