Why is it you've never heard anything about these things in history? before the 20th century these things are never talked about in history books and only have rare appearances every 100 years or so. why is it only in modern times these things are such an issue? these things where never talked about or imagined, hell even before the 1960s their only existance was in some psychological research, and even up until the 2010s they where rejected from society for being so disgusting and looked down upon, but now these things are glorified and paraded around as a major issue for love and tolerance.

Because the jews go out of their way to carefully control what books you are allowed to read, and most of them focus on white guilt or the holohoax.
Pick up the 1000 arabian nights. This is a collection of stories that are over a thousand years old. In these stories, you'll often find manly men dressing up as women in order to escape being caught, or to infiltrate a palace or to get out of a marriage with an ugly woman. There's also plenty of stories with women doing the same thing for various reasons. But that book is not allowed in the western world because most of the stories contain an african or jewish villian/antagonist.
But the oldest example of mutants would be Hindu mythology. They got a ton of stories involving gods changing their sex for various reasons. Most of the stories involve said gods being mocked, but some of them involve them being praised or loved.
However, there aren't any stories involving the modern archetype of tranny genital mutilators because that is completely forced by our twisted society seeking to profit off other people's mental illness. I suppose the closest would be the east asian tradition of castrating government officials. Look up Eunuchs. basically kings would intentionally castrate people as a punishment and force them to be girls, and others would allow people to voluntarily castrate themselves to become government officials in the inner palace so the king would be sure that none of his women were getting fucked.
