Guns should be freely available to anyone over 18.
If they're a criminal, they should be in prison. Once they pay their debt to society, their rights are fully restored. It isn't as if prisons aren't colleges and networking centers for criminals anyway and they could acquire a gun if they wanted.
The "mentally ill" restriction should also be abolished. What constitutes mentally ill and who decides?
