Im not an indian, but Im concerned about India. Indias major problem is in retaining its top university students who tend to migrate to betted pastures. India has a brain drain. Whos going to grow the economy and increase the standard of living if youve got top scoring patels everywhere in Silicon valley and in Europe, enriching some other country and even helping western companies outcompete indian companies whilst their countrymen are starving. Cavity walls here are two walls using bricks and cement with a gap between them. Doesn't have to use wood. They use metal ties to connect the two walls and fill the gap with insulation. Usually the outer wall is brick and the inner wall is breezeblocks(cheaper than bricks).

For a country like india , they cant live off the remmitance of diasporan indians, who only send money for a few years to their relatives, they need industry. The way I see it, patels I know who grew up in the west tend to not give a fuck about india, unlike their parents, so remmitance only last for a few years. I think India has alot of potential due to its size and the fact that they are a free nation and a,culture that values freedom tend to produce more innovation than restricitve societies like China. But they need to get their issues sorted out, theres too much beaurocracy in India. Very inefficent industrial policies. We can still travel anywhere, the only big difference is that we will need travel Insurance when going to EU countries. In the EU all countries had to provide free medical cover to other countries citizens. It might affect Brits living in EU to get free medical cover but we will have to see.
As for trade UK is the second largest economy in EU so we will be OK. The EU needs us more than we need them as we have a huge trade deficit with them.
