Why do USA Manufacturing jobs get off shored to China and India? We have a large population. Why can't we keep our jobs
How do we turn ourselves into manufacturing giants like China and India? Also wtf happened to Russia?
bamp
the price of a single US worker = 4 or 5 chinks, poos or beaners

Your labor is expensive as fuck. This is what you get thanks to the free trade meme
>>80346097
>implying we can have TRUE free trade as long as both countries have differing minimum wages
fuck off, free trade isn't the issue, it's minimum wage
either tariff or abolish minimum wage, those are the choices, free trade didn't /cause/ anything, the result was apparent when it was implemented

Imposing the same minimum wage goes against free market concepts and against free competition. If Indians can have labour cheaper than you do, they will, uless you put tariffs on them. Tariffs = not free tarde

Why is labor and housing more expensive in US than Mexico, China and India?
Low-skilled, low-output manufacturing (textiles, toys, etc.) was sent from countries like the US to countries like China. Really not a reason for concern to be honest.

>Also wtf happened to Russia?
same shit
So basically just abolish minimum wage or set a universal minimum wage for all countries

Literally the only thing a lot of poor countries have going for them is that they have very cheap labor. If you take that advantage away, they'll never be able to lift themselves out of abject poverty.
>>80347736
So we should sacrifice our econoomy to lift theirs?

This isn't a zero-sum exchange. China's rise (to use them as an example) didn't cause any country to fall into recession. On the contrary, many countries (particularly commodity producing ones) benefited enormously from the rapid increase in Chinese demand.
That since has turned on its head with China's recent slowdown, but still, increased demand from developing countries more than offsets the damage caused by the loss of some low-output factories in developed countries.

Shit in the streets, breathe foul air, and eat poison.
You're welcome.
>>80346855
Because living in those countries is just a small step above living in a third world country.
>>80349397
I guess we have to lower ourselves to compete. I hate living in a first world country. It's too fake.
Because India knows his shit.
>>80346855
Kikes.
Also the fact that your curr next is too valuable in comparison.

Because you will never be happy with a min wage job. Once you get such a job, you ask for various other benefits. I'm not saying that's bad... but obv the company prefers someone who works for minimum wage without crying for benefits.
