Nah. Sydney park is in a now gentrified and nice part of the city that used to be a large industrial area. It was previously a large city garbage dump. They filled it in and built a park on top. This part here is a relatively new extension designed to jazz the place up by putting in a fancy looking pond and foot bridges and stuff to get more people to utilize the area.
