Aside from being a great neurologist who helped diagnose and treat my migraines, he also was a great handyman and built a treehouse in our backyard for my brother and I when we were kids. He also built himself a neat hut in his own backyard that he called "Attila". He died when he crashed his plane into a summer camp in western germany.

My grandfather on my fathers side was a lietunant in the Swedish army and was in charge of a checkpoint in southern Sweden when the allies were moving German POW's through Sweden.
