Most police are armed with sidearms, shotguns and at best a light carbine. The carbine might be effective at 300 meters, the sidearm and shotgun a tenth of that. The shooter had good positioning and line of sight. Of course he could take out a dozen of them before they were able to close and use their short range advantage.

You've gotta be a kike. They stopped because they had guns pointed at their face. Just because they didn't fire doesn't mean they weren't stopped by men with guns. Do you know what apprehended means? They stopped shooting /when/ they were apprehended, by civilians with guns.

So out of the six I saw, only two could actually be considered stopped by an armed civilian. That not much compared to the ones that weren't stopped by the "good guys".
