In two previous Cold War games run years ago the Norwegian player convinced all the pro-US countries to send credits (i.e. money) away from the USA and towards him, and in another the Soviet player rallied his allies to spam the French player's PM box with gay porn (calling it "Operation Sausagefest"). None of these games are free from shenanigans.
