Not automatic, he either had a shotgun as evidenced by the sparks. Or he had an semi auto rifle and the sparks are because of incoming fire on his position. If you really watch the video, you can see incoming fire all around his position, he used MOUT. He knew what the fuck he was doing. Very skilled
