Do you think that because black people commit more crimes than white people, it's forgivable for officers to shoot on assumption that a black civilian is dangerous? Do you think the black population is to blame for these deaths? Are the innocent black victims responsible for protecting themselves against armed police, or do you think it's the police who should be more cautious of when they shoot/be retrained?
You may argue that both parties are innocent in this situation, but unless you work in absolutes the police officer is certainly less innocent than the victims here.

The black situation stems from a marginalization due to non-instantaneous absorption into societies after and during slavery. The actions of people who stem from a specific situation as such are not soley of their own accord.
Marginalization breeds divergence. Said divergence is not the cause of marginalization, but the effect. You and the rest of /pol/ fail to realize this simple truth.
