I attend a university in Canada. During election season there were website popping up on university facebook groups all over the country to promote "strategic voting." The basic idea was to stop Stephen Harper from getting reelected by voting for Justin Trudeau SPECIFICALLY. Tom Mulcair was too far gone at this point to have a reasonable shot at winning.
As the election season approaches for the US, the exact same thing will happen, and this time they'll tell you to "strategically vote" for Hillary Clinton to stop Trump from winning the presidency at all costs.
