Because really, it is EXTREMELY easy to make new accounts. It doesn't even require an email address.
If you've been banned from a subreddit, you simply log out of your current account, click "sign up," and then put in a new name and password. Then you click "create account" and you can post on that subreddit again. Wow, such a pain. No, it isn't. It's easy.

no upvotes, posts are all sorted by date - you have to read every opinion in a thread, because nobody decides which one is more or less valuable - that's for you to decide. combined with anonimity, lack of upvotes also means that you everyone gets their fair word on any topic, no matter how controversial or stupid their opinion might seem to the majority. also you won't have to worry about asshurt users tracking your account over their hurt feelings. and no asshurt mods, either.
