It's hard but possible and take much time. I had to do this with my gf, but she took some first steps by herself. She was hardcore communist before I met her, but she found out flaws of communism by herself.
Then I confronted her on moral relativism. She thought that every action can't seen as good or bad, because it is only how you look at this. I had to come up with much arguments against it.
I confronted her on how one person can be useful to society and why is this important, because she thought that individual good is most important.
I confronted her why she hates Catholicism and we came to agreement that she should respect it at least, because she wouldn't change me and I would be shitting on her religions or ideas if she shits on mine.
Then I let it go, I planted the seed, she slowly changing. She won't be much redpilled now, but it changed her point of view. She is slowly turning to being more conservative.
