But the nigger keeps pulling his arm downward and away from the officer. At around 0:24, the nigger's arm breaks free of the officer's grasp, right before the camera pans (nigger operating the camera, so of course, he probably got distracted by ass implants somewhere). It's perfectly reasonable to think an armed nigger, actively resisting arrest, who has a firearm on his person, and who just broke his arm free of control right around his waist area, was reaching for the very firearm.
It's certainly enough provocation to neutralize the threat. Nobody should have to wait around to see if the coon is going to produce a gun or a bag of weed or other nigger-associated paraphernalia.

We need all the information, but initial impression is LEO who shot perp heard "he's got a gun" from his partner, drew but held off, perp made sudden movement, LEO (well within his rights) justifiably felt fear for his and his partner's life and/or serious bodily harm, so he met the threat with equal or one level higher (still within his rights) action, and ended the threat. The perp already was a known felon, weapons charges, and we do not know the complet story as to what the officers had been informed of regarding situation.
When a suspect fights a LEO, even after being taken down, it is rational to think the suspect is willing to go to the extreme of inflicting grave bodily harm and/or fatal injury upon LEO. "He's got a gun" makes this a clear case of justifiable deadly force. No one starts his shift looking for a situation like this, and they could have all gone home if the suspect would've obeyed the law and not fought the law enforcement officers' commands.
