racism is, for everyone but regressive leftist students, the prejudices and preconceived notions of people being inferior/superior based on their ethnicity, i.e. assuming jerome is inferior b/c he is black.
Now, I still don't think a black individual is inferior for being black, despite years on /pol/. There are a number of upstanding examples of black men I can think of who defy those presumptions. In other words, if a black is hired at your work, don't assume theyre a good-for-nothing nigger.
Treating strangers and entire groups by their group tendencies and behaviour IS acceptable, IMO. Sure, not all blacks are violent, that's a given. But statistically speaking, they are much more likely to instigate a random confrontation with a stranger than a white. My dad used to drive a cab back in the 80's and he got robbed twice at gunpoint, the second time it happened my mom made him quit. Both times he got robbed by niggers at Jane/Finch.
