I was in JROTC class. My teacher gave us all a lecture on how he felt so bad that my generation would have to experience war. He also gave all of his beightest cadets, me included, a man to man talk on what it means to step up for my country.

High school freshman, was in first hour P.E. and the teacher taking roll mentioned something about "some crazy people flying a plane into a building." 2nd hour Biology they had it on the T.V. in the classroom.

Same here, except my PE was in a separate building so we had no idea until we went back to the main building for second period. We got back and students and teachers were watching it on tv.

We got evac immediately, but from the window, I could see the rooftops of the other buildings, and I could see Muslims dancing on them

I was sitting in front of the TV eating life cereal wondering why the news kept showing planes crashing into buildings.
They I walked to my bus stop for 4th grade. Got to school and the teachers are crying and shit. They explained what happened to us. Didn't give a shit and basically did nothing in school all day
Waking up for high school. I remember seeing the second plane hit live when people still thought it was an accident and not anything terrorist related.
