National Socialism won't work in the long run. The Nazi's fucked up the German economy in the long haul and only allowed for a short term change in economic fortune for the people of Germany, the system literally would have collapsed if Hitler did not declare war in 1939 as the economy was by that point geared towards war production as opposed to food or consumer products of which their was constant shortages in Nazi germany (http://www.oldmagazinearticles.com/food-rationing_in_Pre-World_War_Two_Germany-pdf). On top of that 100% empolyment means dick all if its not actually meaningful, the Nazi economic model was heavily influenced by Keynesian economics in the early years which meant that the government was merely creating jobs for the sake of creating jobs. National Socialism literally had to beg from its mortal enemies to fund its war machine, the system just wasn't efficient and further proof of its failure was letting Goering run the show as he was even more economically illiterate than Hitler.
