You can study for the SAT. I've seen some pretty unimpressive people score within the 90th percentile after multiple SAT's, all because they had access to private tutors. Measuring intelligence with such a test is better when it's done with a population (i.e. Asians on average do better on this specific segment than Darkies), rather than an individual person. There are people who have managed to increase their scores by as much as 600 points in their 2nd or 3rd SAT.
