I had no delusions about Hillary actually being charged until the middle of Comey's speech.
He stated that gross negligence in handling classified information is enough for a felony, and then he detailed the grossly negligent acts committed by Hillary.
I actually thought at that moment he was going to buck the system and sacrifice his career and recommend charges. Then he just goes full cuck and declines to recommend, for no reason other than his personal judgment that "no reasonable prosecutor would bring this case."
He was clearly just a man forced to make a fool of himself for the sake of his own career and perhaps his life. He didn't even try to come up with any sort of rationale.
