As someone who works at a high class restaurant you should know there is such high level of discrimination when it comes to hiring waiters. For example, they would only hire the white pretty ones, and most of the time exclude poc from being hired due to their race. I think it's time to show some change in the workplace where racism is prevalent but not covered.
