First, we need to restore European greatness back to the imperial age, while maintaining relative peace (it doesn't have to be absolute) between the European nations and between the Europeans and the United States.
Then we need to kill all niggers and moors, wipe the continent clean and start again.
Restore the Boer colonies as well as German Namibia, Kamerun, and Togoland. The French will take present-day Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Mali, Niger, Chad, etc, and basically all of the Sahara west of the Nile as theirs. The British Empire, with the help of their Canadian and Australian dominions, will recreate Rhodesia, this time as a Dominion itself, and much bigger than it ever was, spanning from the Boers' lands, through the Congo, to the northwesternmost coast of the Gulf of Guinea all the way up to Dakar, except for the German parts. The United States will inherit the Nile from Lake Victoria to the Mediterannean, as well as lands East of it (Kenya, Ethiopia, etc). Tanzania, Mozambique, and Madagascar will be shared somehow between the Spaniards (obviously Spain will be absorb the false Portuguese people) and the Italians. Everyone else will kindly fuck off from the new White Africa.
