i'm in SF, and have heard much about this sort of thing, but seen little.
That was, until last week, where i saw two huge human fecal mounds. One at a bus stop outside Milbrae CalTrain/Bart station and one on the street near 7th street station.
It's pretty clear the "homeless" faggots, all of whom are very well fed and healthy are doing it for attention-- and it's looking damn effective.

While I don't disagree in that respect it does become an issue when your rent suddenly quadruples because your area is the new hotspot for developing businesses and people with far more money than you want to move there.
You can't just be evicted for no reason so:

No they won't because that's completely illegal. When my lease is up with them they have the option to jack it up, but seeing as how I only sign 2 year leases that's going to put some waiting time on them and they'll probably give up by the time it comes around.
