A) She's not hurting him

B) She's strong enough so she's earned it

Because most women have not been put in their place. We live in a nice and comfy Western society. You can bet your ass that hunter gatherers of yesteryear (think 10,000+ years ago) the women wouldn't casually hit men.

Well, they'd be more inclined to. My point is that society teaches men not to hit women but doesn't teach women to not hit men thus few women learn their lesson.
