Just want to clarify some things.
The "AIDS look" is not due to HIV/AIDS. It's actually lipodystrophy (abnormal distribution of fat tissue) due to antiretroviral meds. However, it's the older drugs from the 90s and early 2000s that have this side effect. It doesn't happen with the vast majority of ARTs that have been in use for the past decade or so. It's incredibly rare that you still see people on meds that cause lipodystrophy.
He's a degenerate and probably has HIV (being the first black president and all that) but his gaunt appearance isn't due to his GRIDS meds.
