Mexicans would become part of America.
Venezuelans would become part of America.
Cubans would become part of America.
The very people that have already been replacing Americans in the low-skilled portion of the job market, now officially more legal.
Local systems will be kept in place so the Latin plebs will stay calm, meanwhile the democrats will extend the leash of the welfare systems to them, buying their votes.
