Not really. Although large by population, many hispanics cant vote. They tend to be too young, non-citizens, illegals or felons.

Of those that can vote, many don't even register. Of those that register, many don't vote.

Look at the cities where Hispanic populations dominate. Los Angeles has a huge hispanic population. But politically, the city has more representation for blacks. The reason is that the black electorate votes at a much higher percentage than the hispanic electorate, despite being outnumbered by hispanics by 4:1.

Looking at the overall electorate in California, we see the same thing.
>In October 2012, out of the 23,802,577 people eligible to vote, 18,245,970 people were registered to vote.

Non-Hispanic Whites may be 56% of the overall population, but we are 70% of registered voters. This number goes even higher when you realize that of all demographics, whites have the highest voter turnout rate.

Hispanics have the lowest voter turnout though.

The United States doesn't vote by population, they vote by state.

So a lot of that 30% will be in California which is already a lock for the Dems, no matter who it is, and a lot will be in Texas, where the Republican is a lock to win anyway.

The only thing that matters are the battleground states.

The funny thing is that Trump may make places like Iowa vote democrat.

Once the national debates start, things will get a lot more even. Every debate Hillary has been in, she has approved all the questions asked beforehand. Plus Bernie was too much of a cuck to nail her.

Ive seen some statistics some months ago on pol that basically said that democrat voters have progressively lower turnout every election, while republican voters go vote more and more
