Not really. I tried it before and it was pretty much the same as before just kinda horrible with blue balls all the time. It's true that testosterone spikes on the 7th day but it returns to normal after like 2 days.
The "success" stories of guys who have more success with women are only because they're more confident in themselves as a result of having the willpower to not fap. If you're already a confident person it's not gonna have much effect on you.
