This is what I think we should work on:
How does she has political power? Suppose she acquires it with the smaller politicians via election money. For instance, if someone wants to get elected somewhere as a dem they have to ask her for it. The way she holds such power it is by controlling the donations companies do to politicians, by providing them contracts if they do as she says. In return, the companies donate to the people and perhaps pay a little "tax" to the foundation.
If we can cross reference donations from small business to the foundation and some governmental contract they made after it we may get to something. One sign we could get is that if all the donations to the foundation is a certain percentage (i.e. 5% or so) of the contracts they got. It would be really weird if all the companies donated exactly 5% all the time don't you think?
At least this is what happened here.
