"Natives" themselves are East Asian migrants that crossed the Bering Straight and decimated the entirety of indigenous people already living in the Americas. The original inhabitants are Oceanic (Australia) in descent. The deeper you go into the jungles the darker the people get despite being covered by the canopy of the forests for tens of thousands of years.
90%+ of "Natives" died from illness, not swords or bullet wounds. They also waged war against colonialists and signed treaties after defeat to forfeit said lands, the Europeans were generous enough to let them remain after being defeated.
