Well Latvian has a touch of German and Latin because they were the rulers here for 800 years.
Lithuanian has a touch of Polish because they were a single entity for a long time.
And Estonian isnt a Baltic language.
Cant really tell which is harder Lithuanian or Latvian, but Estonian is the hardest.
Regarding international languages, English is dogshit easy compared to Latvian.
