Bonds aren`t buying the rally though. I would wait at least a month or two so that a trend can be clearly sorted out before making any judgment on the impact of brexit on the markets.

If you ask me it will go back to about the same it was pre-brexit until facts start to appear about how the UK-EU deal will look

A concerted effort to attempt to tank the market to support the "do over" movement the liberal media and governments of the world are trying to push.

No m8, what we're saying is that the drop happened because of stupid investors selling off early before they even know what is going to happen. I'm saying, and so is the German, that if there is to be a drop or rise after this it will happen when the plans for leaving are outlined so EU investors can know if their future is secured or not.

do you understand that Britain doesnt exist anymore. since the Brexit hit the shit, Britain as a nation is literally fucking gone and its now "everyone is for yourself". british politicians always supported the import of muslims and niggers from own former colonies into british shithole to divide and rule that shithole so none local english will join the "european dream" and vote to kick royals out of parliament or even as a ruling class. now, when it is really divided into smaller ethnically and religious groups, they are waking up realizing that there is none left they can rule or lead. everyone is about fucking to leave the shithole english politicians created and all what is staying in Endgland are those muslims, nigers and euros, who are now in process to decide if they should fucking burn down english elites together with royalty or fucking leave it and go somewhere else.

Look it's easy. They drop because people think it's going to affect the economy. Then they realise it's not happening instantly, so it recovers. Over the next three years the economy is getting worse and worse and in the end everything is fucked up.
>>
>>79518397
You are in a thread based on a damage control article from the Express. Given how they campaigned for Brexit, they are doing everything they can to pretend that everything is fine. In this case, that means presenting the recovery of an index of multinationals as though the stock market was better than ever before. I was simply pointing out that the 250, a better index of British corporate strength has a way to go yet.

Unfortunately, the financially illiterate ITT don't seem to care about nuance.

They can't let you guys win this. They simply can't, their life depends on this. If the UK leaves and does well outside the EU... they lose everything. Because their whole world is built on 'If you leave, you'll be thrown back into the stone age'.

They're stuck between a rock and a hard place. They either show how well you can do outside the EU, or try to ruin us and destroy themselves in the process.

It's only really a threat to France/Germany/Holland though.

For most countries "if you leave you'll be thrown into the stone age" is partially true, but that doesn't mean you'll be better if you stay. The EU practically owns some of the countries in it, Greece especially.

>>79519222
I'm pretty sure they know its going to happen, but they're starting to realize that we're not going to be an isolated little island with no trade. Trade offers are coming in, the EU is being civil, I think a government saying "okay we're staying" would mean a huge economic hit.

>>79519238

You misunderstand, I'm not suggesting theyre moving because they think Brexit itself might happen, I'm saying right now the only reason to move stocks is in anticipation of how they think things will go down once deals are negotiated, it doesn't actually mean anything until deals are negotiated Because again, nothing has happened yet. There has been no changes to law or trade as of yet, the system itself has not been changed so any money moving around now is basically temporary. Pound may be up now but if negotiations go badly (ie new PM is a cuck and basically gives the EU everything they want) the pound could drop again. However it could keep going up as Britain does better an better. The point is, the markets are completely irrelevant until actual changes are made

>UK'S LARGEST TRADING PARTNERS ARE IN THE EU, UK WILL GET WORSE DEALS
Apparently the markets don't agree.

And I happen to think they're right in being optimistic.

The EU was a shitshow, and many of the trading partners in the EU export to the UK, most notably Germany.
They're going to want VERY good trade deals with the UK, only they'll have less power over the UK.

>>79520422
See above in this post.

The markets are obviously optimistic about the future trade deals the EU is going to make with the UK. And I think they're right.
>>
>>79519627
The EU wants us out quickly, and we want to leave slowly, that's all.
Leaving slow gives us a huge advantage in negotiations, because countries may leave or offer referendums during negotiations

Jumping out would be a huge nightmare for us

Great, they can be optimistic, but any changes in stocks right now are completely temporary until we see laws change and trade deals, at which point, whatever happens, better or worse, is going to last much longer than the current fluctuations

I think that the reaction is largely into many big signals that the EU's member states face massive internal pressure from manufacturers to keep trading with the UK tariff free, because we're one of the biggest EU markets (to the point where we have an enormous trade deficit) and because otherwise we could slam tariffs on them and fuck up the entire continent while starting to ship stuff from Australia, New Zealand, the US and elsewhere.

And that's not regarding the 12 countries lining up for trade negotiations in just over a week since the result, Aus/NZ declarations of help with negotiation, compared to the EU's 50 in 30 years.

They usually are.

Fact is that the doomsday scenarios painted by the remain camp were completely and utterly uncalled for.

The only thing that could change this, is the EU imposing unduly strict trade deals that would be very likely to harm themselves more than the UK because of the UK's massive trade deficit vis-à-vis the EU.

We are holding out pretty fine.
Outside of our cucked media, nobody likes the developments that have been occurring, we are racist as fuck people, and increasingly sick of the shit our politicians are doing.

If we voted for getting out of the EU right now, I'd say that we would have a decent chance of actually leaving.
That chance can increase further, depending on how UK develops in the coming years.

FTSE RECOVERING IS NOT A SIGN OF OPTIMISM, SIMPLY A RESULT OF ITS BASE CURRENCY FALLING OFF A CLIFF

THE EU BLOCK IS THE VAST MAJORITY OF UK'S TRADE, GERMANY OWNS THE ENTIRE EUROZONE, UK VS EUROPE WILL NOT NET UK ANY BENEFICIAL DEALS
>>
>>79518962

It's simple. There are many companies in the UK which are affected by EU trade deals. The new trade deals are like the ones Switzerland or Turkey have. Ever bought something from Switzerland in your local supermarket? Those things are fucking expensive. That's why people normally buy other things (produced in EU countries). That's going to affect the British economy hard.
>>
>>79521506
You do know you can have a devalued currency AND falling markets, don't you?
Now THAT would be bad.

The currency was devalued by fewer than 2 points, and the markets responded with great optimism; despite or even with the additional help of the fact that the UK is leaving the EU.

>THE EU BLOCK IS THE VAST MAJORITY OF UK'S TRADE

Do some of you peasants generally beleive that no trade happens what-so-ever unless there's some sort of trade deal in place? It's a complete red herring, Th largest trade between the UK is with America and we already have counrties such as Australia, Canada and New Zealand wanting to have trade deal with the UK. Hell, New Zealand is even offering up their top trade negotiators to the UK as well.

But please, keep arguing agaisnt the facts won't you, it helps the salt farm.

That must be why the Chinese yuan is worth so much, right? Or the USD?

They really need to introduce mandatory economic classes in high schools.

Dogs have lived side by side with mankind for thousands of years, to the point where they are biologically predisposed to understanding our behavior and emotional states better than any other species of animal on this planet.
Killing them for food is an act of betrayal.

Dogs are mankind's oldest allies.

A large part of it is indeed domestic.

>ITS THE EFFECT OF THE SHARPEST GBP DROP IN HISTORY
There is no causation between currency drop and market rise.

In fact, there was negative correlation immediately after 24 June, when the markets and the pound dropped simultaneously.

A BLIP IS NOT A NEGATIVE CORRELATION

THE FTSE 100 HAS APPEARED TO RECOVER BECAUSE THE POUND IS DRASTICALLY LOWER THAN A WEEK AGO

AND THE FTSE IS STILL DEEPLY NEGATIVE IN DOLLAR TERMS

You want to know what the average Brit feels towards Germany?

Pity.

Pity you fell for synagogues and Merkel propaganda.

Pity your only good part, Berlin, is going to be dragged down.

Pity all your redneck AdF who have no job, no education and no future are destroying it for everyone else.

Pity you're gonna lose against Italy.
