Croatia at it's height during the 11th century was todays Croatia and Bosnia. Turkish raids pushed the borders to what you see right now. Croatia was than splitted between Hungary (Northern side) and Venice (Southern side). Once the Kingdom of Hungary and Croatia came under Austrian rule, Austrians acquired southern Croatia and we were united ever since with few years of dalmatia and it's islands being under italian or french rule. Austria thought it had rights to the Bosnia since it was part of Croatian kindgom so they annexed it and thats how WW1 started. Turkish raids also pushed serbs away from their homeland and they populated Croatia. I think that is the reason there are so many Serb in Bosnia. Would like some Serbs to tell me how they were thought since we have huge bias in media and education.
