Then you parallel park, (heard some states don't do this), then drive around the block (literally) with a DPS worker, try not to crash.
It's extremely hard to not get your license, and it's renewed by mail, for a nominal fee, every couple decades(this varies by state tho)

I'm a combat veteran most people who put these signs out I've noticed are professional victims. Most anyone i know thats been shot at knows the difference between incoming fire and fireworks. Or the few that fireworks do bother don't broadcast it for the attention are and are aware around the 4th of July fireworks are going to to be going off so its probably not explosions and machine gun fire.
